 i know this has been brought up before on here but i cant seem to find the info i need.........does any one know how to install a stereo from a car into our bikes i dont know if just sticking it to my battery is gonna kill my battery in seconds or would i need to buy a spare battery or can i get the power from something else...maybe 2x big square batterys with the coils on the top.....any thing would be helpfull as i cant seem to find any info to do this type of thing.... hope to read many replies soon guys...and gals lol

i run mine from the scooters battery (just the 1) and i dont have any problems, however be sure to install a switch as i left mine on for the past few days and just got greeted by a dead battery lol

Can you run a car stereo off a 6v battery? Well, I assume the bike batteries are 6v.

yea i installed my stereo yesterday it gets all sort of looks from drivers n pedestrians and other scooter n bikers especially at bassets pole tuesday nite, i had my posters advertising this site on the scoot n got loads of attention  there may be a few more lil chinese peds around soon as people where saying things like, "they look like nice lil motors" and " wow, they are small, be ideal for going to town on" wooo  |
