I have a Tank 150 touring de and I just received it last Friday. I assembled it fine, but everytime the engine warms up there is no spark. It was fairly cool last night 65F and it ran all night with no problems. It fires up with no problems on a cold start. The heat has to be affecting an electrical component. Does anyone have any ideas? I called the dealer and had them send me a new ignition coil. I figured I should start there.
Also, I was thinking of replacing the fuel lines and vacuum lines. Does anyone have a suggestion as where to get good ones. I was hoping for something with higher performance and maybe some aesthetic appeal. Any suggestions?

Hello, How do you know you have no spark when warm? Did you pull the plug after you rode and the engine was hot?

If your dealer agrees its the ignition coil stick with that to start with or you will have done so many other things you wont knbow where to start if the coil doe'nt work. The only other thing I would definatley do is change the plug to an NGK, not sure what it would be for your model, but if you have a torch or other Chinese brand A7RTC change it for CR7HSA. If after your new coil, (I suspect you mean cdi ) it still does it it may be worth checking your valve gaps, would'nt be the first time they are set too tight from the factory, and not checked in PDI.
