bit the bullet and changed my rollers and derestricted my Scooter using the guides supplied by hypojam and Ginger Phil.
A big thankyou guys - I'm not the greatest mechanic ( in fact I know nothing about this stuff ), but it all went perfect and the bike is so much faster.
if anyone is wary, I'd go for it - the guides are straight forward and the pictures are perfect.
Glad I picked up the Impact Wrench cheap from Argos!
