You got bigger problems than a jammed brake!
Your transmission sounds as if it's broken. Can you send a detailed photo of the transmission pulleys/belt/variator etc.

as the picture above the white thing drop off when I opened the cover
It start no problem and it will run without braking but when I press the rear break it will cut the engine slowly. the rear wheel seem to be stuck and very hard to turn.
could be the gear stuck at a high gear to make the belt tight?

check to make sure no one as tightened up your rear brake there is a horazontal bolt with a spring b4 it near the back wheel
not sure what the plastic thing is called but it does pop out of its metal center unusall it has done this when you took the cover off
this might not be related you should be able to take the bolt off and put this back on no problem
i'd check this first then if still same problem
take the variator out and drive belt off and see if the back wheel spins freely

my dad found the problem the clutch stucked and need replacing it nearly worn out because I always keep it at a high speed until it stucked. The reason I keep it high speed is my idle speed have some problem but I couldn't find out The white thing which is when last time I took the cover off, there is a nut I didn't put it back rightly. now, I need a new clutch and I have to contact the person
anyway, thx for everyone's help!
