Hi
Just (almost) finished putting my new Baotian together, but need a tip for connecting the springs to the stand - these are tight springs and I'm unable to stretch them to fit.
Cheers
Martyn

ok put a screwdriver on the ground, stand on each end then get another screw driver and hook the spring onto it, then hook the spring to the one udner your feet and pull up as hard as u can dont injure yourself though, then try it for size if u look carefully u should be able to hook one end on then put the screwdriver on the other end and stick the head of the screw driver into the engine casing and prise it up and the spring will slide down the screwdrivers shaft and pop on

try this; hang your spring from the location on the frame, then tie a small length of rope into a small loop and hang this from the bottom of the spring now get a longish pole, thread it through the loop, and stand on the pole until required pressure is achieved, then direct it over its home. ( sorted)

the use of a brake tool is great for this. the brake spoon has a notch on the end to help keep the tool attached to where the spring is going to be attached.
