How to top up your Brake fluid.
1) find the top up box located on the handle bars of your scoot remove the lid to it.
2) top up if neccesary with braqke fluid Dot 4 i think.
3)then pump the brake then it should work

welcome #thumbs_up# i have had some probs also with trying to bleed the brake, the master box is very small just when you think your getting somwhere its time to fill the box up again. what i did to make it a bit more friendly:
i got a piece of 3/16 tubing and connected it to the end of the bleeder screw. opened up the master cylander, made sure the cylander was full. At this point i kept the tubing end pointed into the master cylander, opened up the bleeding screw and SLOWLY (not to create alot of extra air turbulance) pumped the brake handle. The brake fluid that is comming out of the bleeder screw will run up the tubing and into the master cylander. after doing this for a bit, I tighned up the bleeder screw, put the top back on the master cylander. After doing this I had great response on the front brake. Hope this helps. Azule

So the lever just pulls to the handlebar without working?
Sounds like air or master cylinder seal has split so not adding pressure to the line...
If ya bled it and not got air.. try leaving the bike over night with the lever tied back to the bar, this allows the system to back bled and if theres air trapped in the pipe unions it will work its way back up and come out into the master cylinder.
If not try bleding the caliper at all positions.. ie wheel ahead, wheel to left and wheel to right, as air will always try to be at the highest point a little bubble can get trapped and while its there youll get no brake... if not garage time and get it done on a pressurising system... mine can pass 1litre of fluid through in 8secs that gets any air pushed out! ;D
But defo try back bleeding first... its cured loads of bikes in its time!
