Well, the principle is really easy, but you must drill (potentially destroy) the intake. Ive made a swedish guide how to make one. It is VERY imporant to get the measures right, and it must be above the carb otherwise it doesnt work. But it does work! Its no dramatical difference, but you can clerly feel it.

Its a 4-stroke... of course! Powerbox works excellent on a 4-stroke aswell, you just need a little bit smaller "bottle". The Idea comes from Yamaha who had it on some of their 4-stroke motorcycle engines.

100 ml, toppfilled What I mean by that, is that a bottle with a label who say 100 ml actually contains much more when its toppfilled. So, 100 ml toppfilled bottle is optimal.
18 cm long hose with a innerdiameter of 8 mm. Thats all! This is a bottle that is optimal for a 50cc 4-stroke with 4-5 g variowieghts.

Very cool! I am very curious as to how you made that pan that goes above your rear wheel.
I've only heard of using boost bottles with 2 strokes as well, but I've heard that the volume of the bottle should be the same as displacement 80cc=80cc boost bottle.
Why did you use a 17.5mm dellorto? Isn't that actually smaller than your stock carb?
