Greetings from Finland! I'm new here, so forgive me if there is already a topic about this - I tried searching with obviously poor results I bought a secondhand 2004 baotian scooter few weeks ago. It's not running yet and so far I've discovered, people actually do ride with these things at countryside (read: DUST!) and cleaning them up can be quite a b*tch job to do. Obviously, the carb has been eating filth way too long, way too much. I can see it's been opened before and the last efford to clean it, has sent the carb to the last trip to the laa laa land. Now I need replacement and since here at Finland Dellorto is the easiest one to get, I'd like to know, which carbs have you people been using to replace the original? PHBG or PHVA, but most of all, which size? Also, what kind of tools have you been using to replace valves? The intake valve is stuck open, I'm guessing it's not going to run like that

PHVA 17,5mm seems to do the job, at least according to swedish baotian forums. I bow the great Google, Google knows it all..
