Can you get a long tube onto a socket bar? Dont use it on a ratchet handle, you will probably break it.

ive got those new tyres but kwik fit and all the other garages will only fit them if they are already off the bike

Just get the garage to break the nut, then put your tyre on your-self, a pair of levers are cheap enough, just bought some off eBay for £5.19 all in. How much do Quickfit charge for 1 wheel? How much mileage did you get out of yours, mines done just over 2000mls and 2/3rds gone on the rear, front still o.k.
