have chance to buy taishan 125 cc scoot but been off road 2 years only 600 miles done..problem is when i checked oil petrol comes out of oil filler its a non runner and kick start seems jammed ..??any ideas why petrol comming out sounds like cracked head?? but bike is only run .
help please as bike is cheap or is it a new engine job

The petrol tap may have stuck open and the float needle may also be stuck open due to standing for a while.
Just make sure its cheap enough in case its something else.

Do you mean the air filter?
My Baotian BT50QT-9 would not start. It could be coaxed into life by twisting the throttle a bit. However, this flooded the carb and the petrol poured back down into the air filter.
Got itt checked out and it was dirt in the carb. All fine now.

the petrol is flowing out as if there is back pressure not had chance to look at yet as the bike is sold as seen ..but def coming from filler at a huge rate

I had dirt in my carb too-created a back pressure & filled up my air filter with gas.
