Anyone know some pointers and tips on how to make these yamaha vino engines run better and more speed? I have a 05 and its still getting broken in but i notice when i crank it first time..it flies but at times it hesistates to move. Would it hurt performance if i add a freeflow and i wanna find a sport exhaust for 2 strokes cheap soon...i hope someone can help

www.geely.com/english/moto/pro/JL50QT-21.htm heres a idea of what i have..so far i been told that there could be a ring on the shaft..that a muffler change will help and def a new cdi and 80cc would put me up to 60. on my meter it shows 65 so i think with time and parts it could get there.

???Well i guess there are not many yamaha vino or geely owners out there with the yamaha engine. So far i bought a stage one kit which should arrive soon and a new kit with reeds and a shock. I'll have pics of the scooter soon..but for visual its the retro model colors are yellow/white/black.

Well so far after research. it comes to find out that these vinos come with weak clutches and torque springs with a average variator and some resrictions. So far i took the ring out the pipe, out between the variator adn belt..but still wasnt gettin no more then 38 so i was told that i had to get a race cdi which i ordered today and i also got a 70cc kit for $80 on ebay so for those vento 50cc guys if you wanna know what i mean i can get the link..as of now he has 18 kits left. i tested the new clutch which i actually took from my old 4 stroke today and the bike picks up alil better on speed and rpm...just hate that dam rev limiter. it gets 42max for now but once i get the kit..and then soon a new jet for the carbs and the exhaust..yeaa lol..my speedo is set to go to 60.
