I would say get 4.5g rollers.
It will give you a few more revs when pulling away and therefore a little extar kick. It shouldn't affect your top end either.
Another thing you could do at the same time is fit a Kevlar drive belt (www.beedspeed.com), they are stiffer and don't slip as much as the standard part. I can't remember the flippin part number, but if you do a search on here for 'Kevlar Drivebelt', and search for the past 100 days, you'll find it!

BillyGreen,
Maybe it's me, but I can't find the reference to the Kevlar drive belt.
Beedspeed list two belts for the Honda Dio, 7171 & 7173. Is it one of these?
Thanks.

Kevlar slips MORE than a rubber belt BUT lasts longer. They are used a lot in the aftermarket department as they are needed after machines have been tuned and power is increased to prevent belt snapping. If your suffering belt slip you need to get a stiffer Contra spring, this is the spring in the rear clutch that squeezes the pulleys together... If its too weak the belt slips, belt wears quickly and power is wasted... If belt is too stiff the belt gets extreme edge wear and often breaks, and power is also wasted.

Yes thats not bad... The Norm for aftermarket kits is from £4 - £6 with a little P&P on top so thats close enough for me!
If ya get me a list of weights and sizes ya use ill get a supply in for members.
My supply of Piaggio spec ones 19x15.5mm are £3.99 a set, so i guess yours will be about the same money... so would be £5 a set delivered.
