Is there anyone who knows a easy way to change the belt on a scooter? step by step photos? I find it difficult to put the belt back on after seeing if there was a ring between the pulley's. It took two of us to get the belt back on the front shaft. Any help would be appreciated....

There are step by step photos in the "how to change your rollers" bit. Your trouble is probably caused by the rear pulleys closing up after removing the belt. You'll need to spread them apart and fit the belt at the rear 1st, before slipping it over the shaft at the front. I assume you removed thr outer pulley from your variator?

You undo the nut on the front pulley (variator) and the pulley comes in half, put your belt over and reverse proccess. If you managed to get the belt over with taking the variator apart then you have probably ruined the tensile strenght of the belt and it wont last long. Also chack you have not burred the pulleys. There are plenty of photos showing all of these components, look at the columb beside all the listings on the home page.
