The pan is made of a bendable kitchen cutting board from IKEA :-) I just cut it the right size, painted it and applied it with small screws. www.ikea.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?topcategoryId=15570&catalogId=10103&storeId=7&langId=-20&parentCats=15570*15675&productId=35455Thanx A boost bottle for 4-stroke needs to be a little bit smaller than for a 2-stroke, thats the only difference. 100 ml is optimal for these scoots. The original carb is 16 mm and the Dellorto is 17,5 mm and going bigger is not good because the ports and passages to the cylinder is just 16 mm, so it will not go better with a bigger carb if you dont do theses passages bigger aswell. Someone tried a 21 mm but i just went booooooooop boooooop and not much happend, it where just noisy and felt weak.

Thanks for the info about the windshield, did it fit straight on or did you have to modify it?

Steve if your talking about the windshield my local dealer SYM dealer wnats £50.52 for one for a JET which is the one that fits our bikes. I think its a bit steep but I am thinking about it. Wonder if because of wind resistance it will slow the bike down?

No it will not slow the moped down. Just the opposite. It steers the wind over you, and you want catch the wind in your jacket. Look how Ive mounted my windshield, with a less steep angel. My bike does 100km/h (75mph) and drivning this speed without a windshield is horrible in the long run hehe.

Mount the windshield? Its fitted to the rearmirrors, one on each side. Really easy.
