For all who see this..some of ya'll probably seen that so called "turbo" on ebay right? well this isnt it, what i did was take the part that the air came through on that thing and configured it to fit the carb. it give the carb a swirl effect of air which adds the the power and accelaration. this carb i have on the engine is from a geely scooter 06 cause i noticed that it doesnt have a screw..and the pin is diff..but it runs fine to me so i wont bother it. the bike gets up to 45-51max. on cold crank it starts up on its own but when warm you have to give it gas till it runs on its own but overall the bike came out nice if you look at the pics below this.

Well after a few days..at my job a co worker pointed something out to me and it did make since...from the old pictures the muffler is sittin alil upward so yea if it was caught in rain the water would go down the pipe and forget bout it lol. so today i cut the old welds and brought it down some and aslo used some black primer to give it a new look..also fabricated a hanger to hold it in place. I also took the wheels off and painted them black to give it a sporty look. later today im gonna get my trunk box from the old metro i had and paint it to match the scooter and have a alil more space for things..but overall for a project this scooter is coming out real nice.

hahaha ghetto, you got paint on your tires.
I hope you used high temp paint on that pipe... The normal just burns off!
Looks sweet nonetheless!

well i had to redo the exhaust cause one thing i hated was that the pipe was too low so i cut it off and redid it to be able to turn on that side all the way and not have to slow all the way down to turn..in this pic if you can see the work.. this is the redone project of it. Im gonna order a 90 jet and unrescrited cdi for it and sports variotor..but then agian i might leave that alone cuse it gets up to speed pretty well.
