NO i wasnt in the oncoming traffic side of the road . I was on the wright side of the road but i was in the right side of the side of the road getting ready to enter the right turning lane. I will do a picture to demostrate and post it on here later That's good to hear, because there should now be no doubt that the woman driver was at fault. Keep insisting that she was at fault if anyone says otherwise, and use your legal protection if your insurance company does not agree.

Well it looks simple enough to me, she should have looked for motorcycles filtering as it says in the highway code Didnt mean to worry you about the judge bit last night (that was for an injury claim) but a very similar accident all the same. You know what though the stupid thing is if you had been on the wrong side of the road she may have seen you (if she bothered to look at all) and you would have seen her earlier Sometimes you just cant win #rofl#

The road map. and description, looks very good to me, and it is exactly as I imagined it would be, so I can't see any problems with the insurance companies ascertaining that the fault lies with the woman driver.

I was a traffic cop for 30 years (boo, hiss!) and have been to many accidents like this. The woman driver is 100% to blame and you should get yor insurers to claim for your excess and damage to helmet ,clothing etc and any injuries/time off work. Don't let them fob you off with a knock for knock claim. It might take some time but you should win in the end. The insurers may wright the scooter off and just pay you the current market value, try buying it back from the scrap dealer if it is repairable. Best of luck !
