Next time you click on the Reply button (not Quick Reply) you'll see an Image Shack upload button.
If you want to add a photo to your reply just click on Browse, find the pic on your computer then click on Host It. A new page will open up with five different codes for your picture. Copy the first code then paste it in your reply.
Simple as that!!

Tried but nothing coming up regarding codes ?? - or indeed a picture

Try this, it's nicked from my Peugeot forum but the basics are the same:
click on any of the pics below if u need a closer look 
Click on Reply (not Quick Reply) or New Topic and you'll see an Image Shack picture uploader underneath the text box.

Click on Browse, find the pic on your computer then select Open.

The location of your picture will appear in the box next to the Browse button, now click on Host It:

You'll be taken to another page, copy the code which say's: Thumbnail For Forums (1)

Now paste it into your reply:

Simple as that. 
If you still can't manage it after reading this guide please switch off your computer and take up knitting or something.
