Finally Fixed!

Take the transmission cover off:

Undo the variator nut and then slide the entire variator off:

Remove Roller backplate thingy, Then change the rollers:

Now reassemble the way you took it all off ;D

my new rollers came today ill fit them probs monday when i have some time! but ive got this photo guide ready! Couldnt of done it without it. Thanks hypojam!

they do Malossi rollers, or RMS Rollini rollers

EIther would be fine, the size you require are, 16x13mm 4gram.

You would also do well to get yourself an impact wrench from Argos, a bargain at £8.33 at the moment.
The impact wrench is used for getting the variator nut off, you'll have problems without it!

yeah i got one of the ones from aldi, what socket size do i need? biggest i have is 23, also is it a left hand thread, ive heard these things can be silly with their threads

One method to undo the variator nut . . wood block, large screwdriver, plastic pipe wrench extension. Wood block is positioned on the bottom to tighten the variator nut.

hahaha O god I tried this method too last summer. It didn't work for me, the starter gear ring chewed up the wood and I didn't want the wood to hurt the belt, so I didn't try very long...

Hey you're from the US! How fast does your bike go? I hear the x8s have better exhaust.
